What are Commercial Experiments?
Each commercial experiment tests three variables:
customer persona + problem + solution
Similar to scientific experiments, we test and measure each hypotheses to identify the best way to grow your business. We put hypotheses to the test by working towards pilots or sales with real partners, measuring progress:
We review your traction to-date, understanding what’s working and what isn’t - and design a few hypotheses to try.
Then we test your messaging in the market by conducting structured interviews with our warm network as well as cold contacts to gather firsthand data about your hypothesis. We use our proprietary experimental method to yield real, customer behavioural insights to our clients.
We invest more into promising hypotheses once we’ve determined there’s sufficient opportunity to justify that time and resource investment.
By doing this work early, we ensure our clients don’t waste any time building a product, technology, and business that nobody will pay for.
